The Vision

While chatting with my broker about checking my borrowing capacity for the next investment property, she curiously asked about my approach. I casually replied, "No worries, let me flip open my laptop and check my Life Plan." Her puzzled look prompted her to ask, "What do you mean, a Life Plan?" I shot back, equally surprised, "You don't have a life plan?"

Fast forward five hours...

We wrapped up my broker's Life Plan. It turns out, not everyone has one. She was thrilled with what we created, mentioning that in her 13 years as a top-performing broker (Top 100 nationally for 9 years), she had never seen such a comprehensive and clear life plan presented in such a digestible and meaningful way.

 

And so, Key-Vision was born.

 

Living in my own lane, I didn't realise my life approach was out of the ordinary. Since age 16, I've been setting goals, always seeking growth through self-development and coaching. Saying "yes" to experiences, especially when they blend fear and excitement, has been my mantra.

 

A few years back, while being a sounding board for a friend going through a rough patch, it gave me the idea to give him a birthday present like no other—capturing the data of his life, aligning it with his goals, and showcasing the possibilities. This clarity empowered him to navigate towards his version of success.

 

Embracing this methodology myself, it allows me to create the life I want, ensuring I slide into my grave with every box ticked.
