A bit about me...
My name is Kiante Armstrong
I've been investing in property for a decade. But that's not what makes me interesting. I also am a self certified Ninja, I dive and spearfish, I play a decent game of golf, ride a motorbike, I can fire-dance, fly a plane, and have danced on a cruise ship. My current challenge is to do a "giant" at my next gymnastics class!

Understanding Where You are
We'll have a chat to get a sense of where you are in life. I'll break down your time with family, friends, and pets – it's all about putting things in perspective. This step can be a huge eye-opener.

Designing Your Dream Life
We'll discuss family plans, school choices for current or future children, and even your furry friends. We'll chat about your community involvement and giving back. I'll help you explore your dreams, from travel plans to your dream home, car, hobbies and things you might want to learn. I'll also consider the people you want to share your time with and whether you could use a little more holiday time – maybe you need 8 or 12 weeks instead of the usual 4.

Deep Dive
We’ll estimate how much your dream life will cost over the duration of your life.
My analysis involves summing up the cost requirements for your current aspirations, and then estimate the lifetime expenses required to bring your dream life to fruition.

Can you afford the life you want?
If there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be (financially), I'll offer practical advice tailored to your unique situation. E.g. if there is no shortfall, my advice may be to work less and spend more time doing things you love with people you love. If there is a shortfall, and property investment aligns with your financial goals, I'll connect you with a trusted Buyers Agent who knows the ropes when it comes to finding the right property.
(PS - I don't take any referral fees from the buyers agent either!)

Holding your hand
If property investment is the strategy you choose, I'll be there every step of the way, ready to answer questions and provide support as you work towards your life goals. I’ll also share with you all the “mistakes” I've made and lesson’s I have had to learn the hard way over the last decade of property investing.
